Revisions included that third-party youth programs to state that all third parties on university property must be approved by the VP of Student Affairs or designee and all third parties must appoint a Youth Program Manager to serve as the interface between UCES, YPP, and the third party. Youth Program personnel are now required to report any arrests or convictions to the Youth Program Manager, who must then report directly to the Youth Protection Program Director.
