This policy was reviewed as part of the standard 6-year review process. Policy was renamed from "Refunds" to "Student Account Adjustments, Credits, and Refunds" and was entirely re-written to be more comprehensive, to reflect current business practices, and to align with federal/state/institutional requirements. Editorial, formatting, and clarifying language were implemented throughout the policy.
