16.005 Prohibition Against Sexual Misconduct and Retaliation
Revision
This policy has been updated to allow witness statements to be considered as evidence in Title IX hearings, even if the witness fails to appear for the hearing. The grounds for appeal have been delineated, and the time to appeal has been increased from 5 days to 10. Finally, the definition of retaliation has been updated.
