UNT Policy "Reporting of Child Abuse and Neglect" was created to bring UNT into compliance with existing Texas Law (Texas Education Code and Texas Family Code) and UNT System's Regents Rules (04.1100 Reporting Suspected Wrongdoing). Effective 6/22/2015.
Revised to align with TEC statutes on the assessment of instructional fees, phase out Special Services Fee, and change "Course Fees" to "Academic Fees." Effective 06/02/2015.
