              This policy was reviewed out-of-cycle of the standard 6-year review process. Revisions include clarification of decision processes for first-,second-, and third-year reappointment reviews and clarifications related to due process and grievability for negative reappointment decisions. Editorial and formatting changes were also made throughout the policy.
