This policy was reviewed as part of the standard 6-year review cycle. Editorial and formatting changes were made in various places throughout the policy. Additionally, all mentions of “Risk Management Services” were changed to “RMS.”

The new focus is on a holistic approach, according to the professionally accepted discipline of Risk Management, and incorporation of UNT's three pillars: Risk Management, Emergency Management, and Environmental Management.
